Spiker Beach Parking Passes are good for 2023 parking at Huntington Beach State lots. These passes are valid for any Spiker Beach training session, or event. They are not valid for recreational and weekend use. Lot attendants are given Spiker Beach event schedules in order to enforce parking pass use.
